About the project
Within the CLDS AbranGente 5G programme in Abrantes, and in partnership with Tagus Valley in the field of employment, training and qualification, A Lateral develops innovative methodologies to strengthen the dissemination of institutional training and employability opportunities in the municipality.
The work explores how information about existing opportunities can become more accessible, meaningful and connected to the lives, interests and capacities of the people it is meant to reach.
What we do
We shift the focus of the relationship with target groups: from passive recipients to participatory subjects with capacities, knowledge and interests.
We create experiences in which participants recognise affinities and generate networks of support and exchange.
We adapt information about employability and qualification opportunities to the life projects of the participants.
